2024 yılı 2. dönemi Geçici Vergi Beyannamesi ekinde Vergi Dairesine verilen, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na göre düzenlenmeyen, 01.01.2024 - 30.06.2024 dönemine ait Konsolide Olmayan Gelir Tablosu ekte yer almaktadır.

Şirketimiz tarafından aynı dönem için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Mevzuatı uyarınca Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanıp kamuya açıklanacak finansal sonuçlar, ekte yer alan mali tablolardan farklılık gösterebilecektir.

Bu açıklama, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği'nin 17'nci maddesi uyarınca yapılmaktadır.

The Unconsolidated Income Statement for the period 01.01.2024 - 30.06.2024, which is not prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards and is submitted to the Tax Office as an annex to the Provisional Tax Declaration for the 2nd period of 2024, is included in the annex.

The financial results to be prepared and disclosed to the public by our Company in accordance with Turkish Financial Reporting Standards in accordance with the Capital Markets Board Legislation for the same period may differ from the attached financial statements.

This disclosure is made in accordance with Article 17 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Markets numbered II-14.1.
