Based on the decision of our Board of Directors dated 19.08.2024, a total of 1,000,000 TL nominal value PSGYO shares were repurchased on 10.09.2024 at a unit price of 1.61 TL on Borsa Istanbul as part of the share buyback transactions.

As of 10.09.2024, the nominal value of the repurchased shares amounts to 14,000,000 TL, corresponding to 0.29167% of the company's share capital.
