Olvi plc: Transfer of Treasury Shares Under a Performance Share Plan

Olvi plc has transferred a totalof4.196Olvi plcSeries A shares held as treasury
shares to the company's key employees under aPerformance Share Plan 2022-2024.
In the plan, the target group was given an opportunity to earn Olvi plc series A
shares based on performance.
Information on the Performance Share Plan was provided in stock exchange release
on 27 May 2022.

Additionally, Olvi plc transferred 100 of Olvi plc Series A shares, whose
allocation had been previously decided as part of the concluded 2021-2022
Matching Share Plan for key personnel.

The transfer of shares through a directed share issue without payment is based
on an authorisation granted to the Board of Directors at Olvi plc's General
Meeting of Shareholders on 16 April 2025.

After the transfer, Olvi plc holds 16.918 treasury shares.
