Türk Ticaret Kanunu (TTK), Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı, Kurumlar Vergisi, Gelir Vergisi, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) ve diğer ilgili yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin ilgili hükümleri ve Kâr Dağıtım Politikası" dikkate alınarak;

TTK ve SPK hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu hazırlanmış Bağımsız Denetimden geçmiş 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait Finansal Tablolara ve TMS 29 yüksek enflasyonlu ekonomilerde finansal raporlama standardına göre düzenlenen 31.12.2023 tarihli bağımsız denetimden geçmiş Finansal Tablolara göre, TMS 29 çerçevesinde yapılan enflasyon düzeltmesi sonucu; 79.070.821,00 TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuştur. TTK ve VUK hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlara göre 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap döneminde oluşan 16.104.294,01 TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuştur.

Şirket'in uzun vadeli stratejileri ile yatırım politikaları dikkate alınarak, finansman giderlerini optimize etmek ve bilanço yapısını güçlendirmek amacıyla kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve TTK, VUK hükümlerine göre düzenlenmiş yasal kayıtlara göre Türk Ticaret Kanunu'na göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın geçmiş yıl karları hesabında takip edilmesine dair yönetim kurulu tarafından hazırlanan önerge okunarak 20 adet payın ret oyuna karşılığında 337.500.000 adet olumlu oy kullanarak oy çokluğu ile kabul edildi.
