Sermaye piyasası mevzuatı çerçevesinde, Şirketimiz tarafından borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesi için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan başvuru kapsamında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 19.09.2024 tarih ve 54/1461 sayılı kararı ile 500.000.000-TL'ye (500 MilyonTürk Lirası) kadar yurtiçinde, halka arz edilmeksizin nitelikli yatırımcıya satış ve tahsisli satış yöntemleriyle borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesi onaylanmış olup, söz konusu ihraca ilişkin onaylanan İhraç Belgesi, İhraç Belgesi eki ile birlikte Başvuru Formu ekte sunulmaktadır.

Within the framework of the capital market legislation, the application made by our Company to the Capital Markets Board for the issuance of debt instruments has been approved, and in this regard, a total amount up to 500,000,000.-TL (Five Hundred Million Turkish Liras) for sale to domestic qualified investors and private placement without public offering has been authorized by the decision of the Capital Markets Board dated 19.09.2024 and numbered 54/1461. The Issuance Certificate and its annex together with the Application Form are attached.
