Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Yönetim Kurulu'nun 05.04.2024 tarih ve 2024/16 sayılı toplantısında, Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesi ve kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; 2023 yılı karının ekteki kar dağıtım tablosunda yer aldığı üzere, 1 TL.lık nominal değerli beher paya brüt 11,12 TL (% 1112), net 10,008 TL.(% 1000,80) nakit kâr payına tekabül eden, brüt ( 200.160.000 TL) tutarındaki kârın, ilgili hesap dönemine yönelik olarak hazırlanan ekteki kâr dağıtım tablosu uyarınca, mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde pay sahiplerine dağıtılmasına ve şirketin nakit projeksiyonları da göz önüne alınarak dağıtım tarihinin tespiti için Yönetim Kurulu'na yetki verilmesine mevcudun oyçokluğu ile karar verildi.
