At the Board of Directors meeting of our Company held on 27.09.2024, it was resolved that the company's application submitted to the Capital Markets Board on 11.09.2024 regarding the increase of the registered capital ceiling and the extension of its validity period would be updated following the completion of the bonus capital increase process and the registration of the new capital.

The application submitted to the Capital Markets Board has been renewed today.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Turkish version of this disclosure and its English translation, the Turkish version shall prevail.
