Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

July 3, 2025 Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Executives, Brian Bergot, has advised the Company that he exercised a total of 75,000 share options, which are due to expire February 1, 2026, and sold a total of 75,000 common shares are no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$4.58 per share (approximately £2.47/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
