20 Mart 2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamamızda, Romanya Milli Savunma Bakanlığı'nın şirketi olan C.N. Romtehnica S.A.'nın (Romtehnica) açmış olduğu, 4x4 Taktik Tekerlekli Hafif Zırhlı araç alımı ile ilgili ihaleye Şirketimiz tarafından teklif verildiği kamuya açıklanmıştı. Teknik değerlendirme, saha testleri ve ticari değerlendirme süreçlerinin tamamlanmasını takiben, ihale makamı tarafından sözleşme görüşmeleri için resmi davet yazısı şirketimize iletilmiştir.

4.263.286.655,66 RON (Rumen Leyi) tutarındaki ihale kapsamında ilk 278 adedi Otokar tesislerinde, kalan kısmı ise ileride belirlenecek bir yapıda Romanya'da üretilecek olan toplam 1059 adet 4x4 Taktik Tekerlekli Hafif Zırhlı Araç ve bunlara konu bazı entegre lojistik destek hizmetleri bulunmaktadır.

Konuya ilişkin sözleşmenin imzalanması ve diğer önemli gelişmeler yatırımcılarımızla paylaşılacaktır.

In the material event disclosure we made on 20.03.2024, it was shared with the public that our Company submitted a bid for the tender for the purchase of 4x4 Light Armoured Tactical Vehicles which opened by Romanian Ministry of National Defence's company C. N. Romtehnica S.A. (Romtehnica). Following the completion of the technical evaluation, field tests and commercial evaluation processes, the official invitation letter for the contract negotiations has been sent to our company by the tender authority.

Within the scope of the tender amounting to 4.263.286.655,66 RON (Romanian Leu), there are a total of 1.059 4x4 Light Armored Tactical Wheeled Vehicles and some integrated logistics support services, the first 278 vehicles will be produced in Otokar facilities, the rest of which will produced in Romania in a structure to be determined in the future.

The signing of the related contract and other important developments on the subject will be shared with our investors.
