Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 17.10.2024 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilecek bedelli sermaye artırımına istinaden, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 21.10.2024 tarihli kararı ile Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (VII-128.1) Pay Tebliği'nin 33/1 hükmü uyarınca hazırlanan Sermaye Artırımından Elde Edilecek Fonun Kullanım Yerine İlişkin Rapor'un (" Rapor ") kabulüne ve bu Rapor'un Sermaye artırımı amacıyla yapılacak başvuru sırasında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Regarding the paid-in capital increase to be realized as per the resolution of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 17.10.2024, it has been resolved with the resolution of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 21.10.2024 to accept the Report on the Use of the Funds to be Obtained from the Capital Increase (" Report ") prepared pursuant to Article 33/1 of the Capital Markets Board's (VII-128.1) Share Communiqué and to submit this Report to the Capital Markets Board during the application to be made for capital increase.
