Following an internal reorganization/simplification, on May 25th 2022, the PRISA shares held by AMBER CAPITAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ICAV - Amber Active Investors Fund ("AAIF") have been transferred to AMBER CAPITAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ICAV – OVIEDO INVESTMENTS II ("Oviedo II"). AAIF and Oviedo II are managed by Amber Capital UK LLP.As of May 25th, 2022, AAIF held 101,987,187 shares of PRISA, representing 14.39% of the share capital. As a result, the shares have been transferred to Oviedo II, that now holds 101,987,187 shares of PRISA, representing 14.39% of the share capital. The total number of shares held by funds managed by Amber Capital UK LLP has not changed (remains equal to 211,474,843 shares of PRISA, representing 29.84% of the share capital). Joseph Oughourlian is the majority partner of Amber Capital Management LP which wholly owns Amber Capital UK Holdings Limited which, in turn, is majority partner of Amber Capital UK LLP. He is also director and Chairman of the issuer.
