Şirketimizin 23.11.2023 tarihinde Balıkesir Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde yeni bir tesis kiraladığı, söz konusu tesiste 17.01.2024 tarihinde üretime başlandığı Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu üzerinden çeşitli özel durum açıklamaları ile kamuya duyurulmuştu.

Yönetim Kurulu, 22.10.2024 tarihinde, operasyonel maliyetlerin azaltılması ve üretim verimliliğinin artırılması amacıyla, kiralanan bu tesiste gerçekleştirilen üretim faaliyetlerinin, 03.10.2024 tarihinde özel durum açıklaması ile kamuya duyurduğumuz ve aktif hale getirdiğimiz Şirketin maliki bulunduğu Hendek Fabrikası'nda gerçekleştirmesine ve bu doğrultuda, anılan üretim faaliyetlerinin Hendek Fabrikası bünyesine taşınmasına karar vermiştir. Taşınma işleminin 2024 yılı Kasım ayı sonuna kadar gerçekleştirilmesi hedeflenmekte olup, bu durumun üretim süreçlerimize olumsuz bir etkisi olmayacak ve bu süreç içerisinde başta 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu olmak üzere bütün ilgili sair mevzuat hükümleri ile yasal prosedür takip edilecektir.

Şirketimiz, Balıkesir Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'ndeki yatırımlarına devam etmektedir.

It has been announced to the public through various material event disclosures on the Public Disclosure Platform that our Company leased a new facility in Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone on 23.11.2023 and started production at the aforementioned facility on 17.01.2024.

On 22.10.2024, in order to reduce operational costs and increase production efficiency, the Board of Directors decided to carry out the production activities carried out in this rented facility in the Hendek Factory, which is owned by the Company, which we announced to the public with a material event disclosure on 03.10.2024 and which we have activated, and accordingly, the said production activities will be moved to the Hendek Factory. The relocation process is aimed to be realized by the end of November 2024, this will not have a negative impact on our production processes and the legal procedure will be followed in this process with the provisions of all other relevant legislation, especially the Labor Law No. 4857.

Our Company continues its investments in Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone.
