The validity of the share buy-back programme initiated with the resolution of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 13.12.2023 has expired as of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 24.10.2024, pursuant to the provision of the Board's Principle Decision numbered i-SPK.22.8 (01.08.2024 dated and 41/1198 d.n.) announced to the public in the Bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (‘Board') dated 01.08.2024 and numbered 2024/37.

A total of 810.000 LIDER shares with a nominal value of 810.000 TL were repurchased within the scope of the share buy-back programme initiated by the Board of Directors decision dated 13.12.2023, and 46.211.817,25 TL of funds were used from our Company's own resources for 810.000 LIDER shares purchased at an average price of 57,0516 TL per share. The ratio of the shares repurchased within the share buy-back programme to the Company's capital was %0,4909. As of 24.10.2024, the nominal amount of LIDER shares held by our Company is 2.000.000 and its ratio to the Company capital is %1,2121.
