B) Within the framework of the information we have in our field of duty and responsibility at the Company, the financial statement and interim report do not contain any false statements on important issues or do not contain any deficiencies that may result in misleading as of the date of disclosure,

C) Within the framework of the information we have in our field of duty and responsibility at the Company, the information in the financial statement and interim report as of the relevant period accurately reflects the truth about the financial situation and operating results of the Company, and shows the performance and financial position of the Company honestly,

D) We hereby declare that our company's financial statements and interim report for the period 01.01.2024-30.09.2024 have been approved by the Board of Directors decision dated 25/10/2024 and numbered 2024/20.
