Our Company's Board of Directors took the following decisions at its meeting dated November 7, 2024, in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Debt Securities numbered VII-128.8, Green Debt Instrument, Sustainable Debt Instrument, Green Lease Certificate, Sustainable Lease Certificate Guidelines and other legislation; Our Company will be authorized to apply to the Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance of green bond to with a nominal amount up to 2,000,000,000 TL (Two Billion Turkish Liras), maturity up to 5 (five) years, denominated in Turkish Lira, to be sold one or more at a time, without public offering to qualified investors in the domestic market within one year, in line with the validity period of the issuance of the certificate expected to be approved by the Capital Markets Board. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes.
