Regarding the Financial Reports and the Activity Report prepared for our Company's fiscal period covering 01.01.2024 – 30.09.2024:

a) In accordance with the principles of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué (II-14.1), we confirm that we have reviewed the financial statements prepared for the period 01.01.2024-30.09.2024 and the Board of Directors' activity report, along with its attachments;

b) To the best of our knowledge, within our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements and activity report do not contain any misleading statements on material matters or any deficiencies that may lead to a misrepresentation as of the date of disclosure;

c) To the best of our knowledge, within our duties and responsibilities, we confirm that the financial statements accurately represent the Company's assets, liabilities, financial position, and profit or loss; and the activity report reflects a true and fair view of the Company's progress, performance, significant risks, and uncertainties.

Şirketimizin 01.01.2024 – 30.09.2024 tarihlerini kapsayan faaliyet dönemi için hazırlanan Finansal Raporları ve Faaliyet Raporu'na ilişkin olarak;

a) Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: (II-14.1) Sayılı Tebliğ esasları çerçevesinde, Şirketimizin 01.01.2024-30.09.2024 faaliyet dönemine yönelik hazırlanan finansal tablolarının ve Yönetim Kurulu faaliyet raporunun ekleriyle birlikte tarafımızca incelendiğini,

b) Şirketimizin görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde finansal tabloların ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) Şirketimizin, görev ve sorumluluk alanında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde finansal tabloları Şirket'in aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumunu,  kar ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını, karşı karşıya olduğu önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte dürüstçe yansıttığını beyan ederiz.
