Şirketimizin 14.10.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında Şirketimizin %85'ine sahip olduğu Inveo Ventures GSYO AŞ'nin (Inveo Ventures) 65.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin bedelli sermaye artırımı yoluyla 150.500.000 TL artırılmasına 75.250.000 TL ile iştirak edileceği detaylı olarak duyurulmuş olup, söz konusu sermaye artırımına ilişkin olarak alınan karara istinaden Inveo Ventures'a 13.250.000 TL sermaye avansı verilmiştir.

Dear Stakeholders,

In our Company's material event disclosure dated 14.10.2024, it was announced in detail that Inveo Ventures GSYO AŞ (Inveo Ventures), 85% of which is owned by our Company, will participate in the increase of the issued capital of Inveo Ventures GSYO AŞ (Inveo Ventures) from TL 65,000,000 to TL 150,500,000 through a capital increase through rights issue with TL 75,250,000, and a capital advance of TL 13,250,000 was given to Inveo Ventures in accordance with the decision taken regarding the capital increase in question.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
