Additional Explanations

29.08.2024 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen 2023 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında, Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun Genel Kurul'a sunduğu öneri çerçevesinde yapılan müzakereler neticesinde; 2023 yılı bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem kârından 6.480.000,- TL brüt kar payının ortaklarımıza temettü olarak dağıtılmasına, brüt kâr payının tamamının nakden ödenmesine, ödeme tarihleri ve tutarlarının belirlenmesi hususunda yönetim kuruluna yetki verilmesine karar verilmiştir.

Genel kurul kararı ile Yönetim Kurulumuza verilen yetki çerçevesinde yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda;

a) 2023 yılı dönem kârından genel kurul tarafından dağıtılmasına karar verilen bürüt 6.480.000,- TL kâr payının 11.12.2024 tarihinde ödenmesine,

b) Mevzuat gereğince ödenecek kâr payının, ödeme tarihi itibarıyla mevcut payların tümüne, bunların ihraç ve iktisap tarihleri dikkate alınmaksızın payları oranında eşit olarak dağıtılmasına,

karar verilmiştir.
