Regarding our material event disclosure dated 29/08/2024, our application submitted on 28/08/2024 for the approval of the issuance certificate for shares with a nominal value of 172,500,000 TL, as well as the amendment to Article 6 titled 'Capital and Types of Shares' in our Company's Articles of Association, was approved by the CMB, as announced in the CMB Bulletin dated 21.11.2024. Date of issue will be disclosed along with the issue certificate.
