09.07.2024 tarihli KAP açıklamamıza istinaden, Şirketimizin borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 21.11.2024 tarihli ve 2024/53 sayılı bülteninde onayı duyurulan ve tarafımıza tebliğ edilen ihraç belgesi, ihraç belgesi eki ve imzalı başvuru formu ekte kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulmaktadır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 09.07.2024, the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") approval for the planned debt issue was announced in the CMB's bulletin dated 21.11.2024 and numbered 2024/53. The approved issuance certificate, its annex and signed application form are presented in the attachment. This statement was translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
