At the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 29.11.2024, it has been decided to amend Article 7 titled "Capital and Shares" of our Company's Articles of Association in order to increase the registered capital ceiling and to update the authorization period, and the text of the said amendment is attached for your information.
It is respectfully announced to the public.
In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
