16.01.2024 tarihinde Google Cloud EMEA Limited ile şirketimiz arasında Google Cloud Veri, Altyapı ve Siber Güvenlik Çözümleri alanlarında partner olunmasına ilişkin Ticari İş Ortaklığı Sözleşmesi imzalandığı pay sahiplerimiz ile paylaşılmıştı.

04.12.2024 tarihi itibariyle Şirketimiz, ilgili iş birliği modeli kapsamında, yıl içerisinde ulaşmış olduğu sertifika sayısı, yeni müşteri kazanımı, müşteri başarı hikayeleri ve toplam satış tutarı gibi kriterlerin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda "Premier Partner" seviyesine yükselmiştir. Premier Partner Seviyesi, iş birliği modelleri ve ürün aileleri içinde en yüksek yetenek ve performansı sergileyen iş ortaklarına verilmektedir. Premier iş ortakları, önceki partner seviyesine ek olarak, Google Cloud' dan geliştirilmiş avantajlar ve daha yüksek oranlı iş birliği desteği almaktadır.

İşbu açıklama tarihi itibariyle ilgili ticari iş ortaklığı sözleşmesi çerçevesinde imzalanan toplam kontrat sayısı 13'e ve alınan toplam sipariş tutarı 1.500.000,00 $ (Dolar)' a ulaşmıştır.

With the company's material disclosure announcement dated 16.01.2024, it was stated that a Commercial Partnership Agreement was signed between the company and Google Cloud EMEA Limited to collaborate in the fields of Google Cloud Data, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity Solutions.

As of December 4, 2024, the company has been elevated to the "Premier Partner" level under this collaboration model based on the evaluation of criteria such as the number of certifications, new customer acquisitions, customer success stories, and total sales volume achieved within the year. The Premier Partner level represents the highest level of expertise and performance within Google Cloud's partnership models and product families. Premier Partners receive enhanced benefits and increased collaboration support from Google Cloud compared to previous partner levels.

As of the date of this announcement, the total number of contracts signed under the said commercial partnership agreement has reached 13, with the total order value amounting to $1,500,000 (USD).
