Next Level İstanbul proje alanı bitişiğinde, tapu alanı 12.557m2 olan, Akademiler Sitesi Malikleri ile Kentsel Dönüşüm Projesi kapsamında üzerinde mutabakata varılan Kat Karşılığı İnşaat Sözleşmesi noter nezdinde imzalanmaya başlamıştır.

Bu kapsamda kat karşılığı inşaat işinin yapımı için, söz konusu projeye özel,Pasifik GYO A.Ş.'nin %99 pilot ortağı, Pasifik Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş.'nin %1 özel ortağı olduğu, Pasifik Etiler Adi Ortaklığı şirketi kurulmuştur.

Gelişmeler yatırımcılarımız ve kamuoyu ile paylaşılmaya devam edilecektir.

The Land Share Construction Agreement, agreed upon with the residents of Akademiler Sitesi within the scope of the Urban Transformation Project, for the 12,557m² land adjacent to the Next Level İstanbul project site, has started to be notarized.

Within this scope, to carry out the construction project on a land share basis, Pasifik Etiler Adi Ortaklığı has been established specifically for this project, with Pasifik GYO A.Ş. holding a 99% partnership share as the lead partner and Pasifik Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat A.Ş. holding a 1% partnership share.
