Şirketimizin 24.05.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklaması çerçevesinde;  her birinin sermayesine %42,15 oranında doğrudan iştirak ettiğimiz ve İsrail'de mukim Ezotech Electric Ltd. (" Ezotech ") ve Solad Energy Ltd ‘de sahip olduğumuz paylarımızın tamamının şirketlerin diğer ortağı olan Edeltech Ltd.'ye (" Edeltech ") ve Adnit Real Estate Ltd.'de sahip olduğumuz paylarımızın tamamının da, diğer ortağı olan Edeltech Holdings 2006 Ltd.'ye 17.12.2024 tarihi itibariyle satış işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, Ezotech'in %100 bağlı ortaklıkları olan dolaylı iştiraklerimiz Ashdod Energy Ltd. ve Ramat Negev Energy Ltd. şirketleri ile bu şirketlerin altında bulunan Ashdod ve Ramat Negev doğal gaz santralleri de Edeltech'e geçmiştir.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Within the framework of our material event disclosure dated 24.05.2024; the sale of all our shares in Ezotech Electric Ltd. (" Ezotech ") and Solad Energy Ltd., both domiciled in Israel and in which we directly hold a 42.15% stake, to the other shareholder of these companies, Edeltech Ltd. (" Edeltech "), and the sale of all our shares in Adnit Real Estate Ltd., domiciled in Israel and in which we directly hold a 42.15% stake, to its other shareholder, Edeltech Holdings 2006 Ltd., have been completed as of 17.12.2024. Additionally, our indirect subsidiaries Ashdod Energy Ltd. and Ramat Negev Energy Ltd., which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Ezotech, along with the Ashdod and Ramat Negev natural gas power plants under these companies, have also been transferred to Edeltech.
