Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 20 Aralık 2024 tarihinde onaylanmış olan Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi'nin tadil edilmiş 8.maddesi Adana Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 23 Aralık 2024 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 23 Aralık 2024 tarihli ve 1845 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesinde ilan edilmiştir.

The amended version of Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association approved by the Capital Markets Board on 20 December 2024 has been registered by Adana Trade Registry on 23 December 2024 and announced on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 23 December 2024 and numbered 1845.
