Balıkesir'de kiralık olarak kullanılan tesisteki üretim faaliyetlerinin, şirketin maliki bulunduğu Hendek Fabrikası'nda gerçekleştirilmesine ve bu doğrultuda anılan üretim faaliyetlerinin Hendek Fabrikası bünyesine taşınmasına karar verildiği 23.10.2024 tarihinde özel durum açıklaması ile kamuya duyurulmuştu. Bu kapsamda taşınma işlemleri tamamlanmıştır.

Ayrıca Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu, 23 Aralık 2024 (bugün) tarihindeki toplantısında;

1- Yukarıda anılan, Gaziosmanpaşaosb Mah. 1. Cadde Unilever N19 Altıeylül Balıkesir adresinde kiralık olarak kullanılan şubenin ve üretim tesisinin kapanmasına,

2- Şube kapanışı için gerekli yasal işlemlerin başlatılmasına karar vermiştir.

On October 23, 2024, it was announced to the public through a meterial events disclosure that the production activities in the rented facility in Balıkesir would be transferred to the company's owned Hendek Factory. In this regard, the relocation process has been completed.

Additionally, in the Board of Directors meeting held today, December 23, 2024, our company has resolved the following:

1- To close the branch and production facility located at Gaziosmanpaşaosb Mah. 1. Cadde Unilever N19 Altıeylül Balıkesir, which was being used on a rental basis,

2- To initiate the necessary legal procedures for the closure of the branch.
