İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Bankamız tarafından ihraç edilen 750.000.000 ABD Doları nominal tutardaki 10 yıl vadeli 5. yılda geri çağırma opsiyonlu sermaye benzeri tahvillerin satış işlemlerinin tamamlandığı açıklanmıştı.

XS2106022754 ISIN kodlu olarak ihraç edilen tahvillere ilişkin erken itfa opsiyonunun kullanılmasına karar verilmiş olup, Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu'ndan erken itfa opsiyonunun kullanılmasına dair gerekli izin alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda, söz konusu tahviller 22 Ocak 2025 tarihinde itfa edilecektir.

With the related public disclosure, it was announced that the sale of the subordinated notes amounting to USD 750,000,000 with 10 years maturity and callable at the end of 5th year was completed.

İşbank has decided to use the call option regarding the notes (ISIN: XS2106022754) and obtained the approval of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency with respect thereto. Accordingly, the notes will be redeemed on 22 January 2025.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
