Şirketimiz tarafından 09.12.2024 tarihli açıklamamızda duyurmuş olduğumuz Yönetim Kurulu'nun bedelli sermaye arttırımı kararına istinaden, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 6. maddesinin vermiş olduğu yetkiye istinaden, Şirketimizin 200.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde 44.627.021,32TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak suretiyle, % 348,15897 oranında 155.372.978,68 TL artırılarak 200.000.000 TL'ye çıkartılması kapsamında, İzahnamenin onaylanması talebi ile 25.12.2024 tarihi itibarıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
