Şirketimizin, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin tadiline ilişkin olarak 25.09.2024 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunduğu ve b aşvurumuzun Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Başkanlığı'nın 29.11.2024 tarih ve E-29833736-110.03-63592 sayılı yazısı ile kabul edildiği daha önce kamuya duyurulmuştu.

T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'nün 23.12.2024 tarihli ve E-50035491-431.02-00104290944 sayılı izin yazısı ile Esas Sözleşmemizin tadilinin onaylandığı bildirilmiştir.

2024 yılına ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında söz konusu tadil metni genel kurulun onayına sunulacaktır.

Kamuoyuna duyurulur.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

It was previously announced to the public that our Company applied to the Capital Markets Board on 25.09.2024 regarding the amendment of the Company's Articles of Association and that our application was approved by the Capital Markets Board Presidency's letter dated 29.11.2024 and numbered E-29833736-110.03-63592.

It has been reported that the amendment to our Articles of Association has been approved with the permission letter of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade, Directorate General of Domestic Trade, dated 23.12.2024 and numbered E-50035491-431.02-00104290944. The aforementioned amendment text will be submitted to the approval of the General Assembly at the Ordinary General Assembly meeting for 2024.
