Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 27 Aralık 2024 tarihli Kararı uyarınca; Şirketimizin genişleyen ürün portföyü ve sinerjik odak alanları doğrultusunda, gıda alanındaki uzun vadeli hedeflerimizle daha uyumlu bir kurumsal kimlik oluşturmak amacıyla Şirket unvanının, "Besler Gıda ve Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi" olarak değiştirilmesine ve yapılacak ilk genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere, Şirketimiz  esas sözleşmesinin, "Şirketin Unvanı" başlıklı 3.Maddesinin ekteki şekilde  tadiline ve bu kapsamda, uygun görüş ve izinleri alınmak üzere Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na ve takiben T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı'na başvurulmasına ve iş bu kararın uygulanması için gerekli her türlü iş ve işlemin ifası için Yönetimin yetkilendirilmesine karar verilmiştir.

In accordance with the Resolution of our Company's Board of Directors dated December 27, 2024; in line with our Company's expanding product portfolio and synergistic focus areas, it was decided to change the company's title as "Besler Gıda ve Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi" in order to create a corporate identity that is more compatible with our long-term goals in the food sector. Accordingly, in order to be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the first general assembly meeting, the 3rd Article of our Company's articles of association, titled "Title of the Company", will be amended as attached and within this scope, it will be submitted to the Capital Markets Board and subsequently to the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey to obtain the appropriate opinions and permissions. It has been decided to apply to and authorize the Management to carry out all kinds of work and transactions necessary for the implementation of this resolution.
