Tahsisli sermaye artırımı işlemleri kapsamında Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na (SPK) yaptığımız başvuruya ilişkin olarak SPK'nın 30.12.2024 tarihli yazısı ile SPK onaylı ihraç belgesi Şirketimize iletilmiştir. SPK onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte paylaşılmakta olup, belirlenen pay satış fiyatı 13,96 TL ve ihraç edilecek payların toplam nominal değeri 5.014.326 TL'dir.

Onaylı ihraç belgesi kapsamında toptan alış satış işlemlerinin gerçekleştirilmesini teminen Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'ye başvuru yapılmıştır.
