It was previously announced to the public on 30.12.2024 that an application was made to the Capital Markets Board for the approval of the amendment of Article 7 titled ‘Capital' of the Articles of Association of our Company under the title of ‘New Text' as given in the Annex within the scope of the transactions regarding the increase of the registered capital ceiling from TL 5,000,000,000 to TL 50,000,000,000 and the determination of the validity period of the registered capital ceiling as 2025-2029.

Our application was approved by the Capital Markets Board's letter dated 07.01.2025 and numbered E-29833736-110.04.04-65660.
