Reference: Public disclosures of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) on 03.10.2024 and 01.11.2024. With the related public disclosures, it was announced that İşbank made the necessary application to Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMBT) regarding to issuance of TL borrowing instruments up to TL 10 billion domestically, that meet the criteria for the inclusion in Tier 1 capital and Tier 2 capital in accordance with the relevant legislation, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts. Our application has been aprroved by Capital Markets Board of Türkiye and the approval is published in the CMBT's weekly bulletin dated 09.01.2025, numbered 2025/2. The Issue Document and Application Form approved by the CMBT will be published after those documents reaches our Bank. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
