The approval of the Capital Markets Board has been obtained for the issuance of debt instruments that can be included in Additional Tier 1 Capital in the amount of 500 million USD, which is planned to be issued abroad by Our Bank on January 15, 2025. This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
