Our public disclosure in the ref, it was announced that application for CMB has made by our bank regarding to issuance of debt securities in domestic market up to 80 billion TL nominal values of bank bills and/or bonds by the way of public offering, private placements and/or sales to qualified investors. The announcement regarding to mentioned approval of CMB has been made with in 09.01.2025 dated, 2025/2 numbered CMB bulletin. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
