Additional Explanations

With our Board of Directors' decision dated January 13, 2025, it has been decided that, since the validity period of the registered capital ceiling expires in 2025 and the ceiling in the Articles of Association has been exceeded, for the purpose of extending the period and increasing the registered capital ceiling, Article 6 of the Articles of Association titled as "Capital" will be amended as in the annex.

It has also been decided to obtain the necessary approvals from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade, and following their approval, to submit the changes to the shareholders for approval at the first General Assembly Meeting.
