| During the meetings of our Company's Board of Directors held on 20.06.2024 and 02.10.2024, it was resolved to increase the issued capital of our Company from TRY 600,000,000 to TRY 1,200,000,000 through a 100% increase using internal resources. Following this decision, our request to withdraw our application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) at this stage was accepted during the CMB's meeting dated 09.01.2025 and numbered 2/16. The withdrawal of our application was officially communicated to our Company by the CMB on 13.01.2025. This matter was discussed during our Company's Board of Directors meeting on 13.01.2025, and it was decided to re-evaluate the process related to the bonus capital increase after the publication of the 2024 financial statements. Any decision regarding this matter will be disclosed to the public. |
