Additional Explanations

Within the framework of the Resolution of the Board of Directors of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank), it has been decided to increase the Maximum Level of Registered Capital from TL 25 billion to TL 100 billion, to extend the Maximum Level of Registered Capital Period until the end of year 2029 and to amend the 5th article of the Articles of Incorporation of İşbank and the Head Office was authorized to obtain the necessary approvals related to aforementioned amendments.

The old and new version of the 5th article of the Articles of Incorporation, which will be amended, is attached hereto.
