İlgide kayıtlı açıklamalarımız ile 10 milyar TL nominal değere kadar, halka arz yöntemiyle yurt içinde, TL cinsinden farklı tutar, vade ve faizlerde, tertipler halinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Yeşil Borçlanma Aracı, Sürdürülebilir Borçlanma Aracı, Yeşil Kira Sertifikası, Sürdürülebilir Kira Sertifikası Rehberi" kapsamında, yeşil ve/veya sürdürülebilir borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin olarak Bankamızca Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na gerekli başvuruda bulunulduğu duyurulmuştu. Söz konusu başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 09.01.2025 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

Yeşil Borçlanma Aracı, Sürdürülebilir Borçlanma Aracı Çerçeve Belgesi ve Çerçeve Belgesi'nin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun "Yeşil Borçlanma Aracı, Sürdürülebilir Borçlanma Aracı, Yeşil Kira Sertifikası, Sürdürülebilir Kira Sertifikası Rehberi" ile uyumlu olduğuna ilişkin İkinci Taraf Görüşü ekte yer almaktadır.

With our recorded statements, it was announced that our Bank has made the necessary application to the Capital Markets Board regarding the issuance of TRY denominated green and/or sustainable debt instruments up to TRY 10 billion nominal domestically, within the scope of the "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, in batches, with various terms, yields and amounts. Our application has been aprroved by Capital Markets Board on 09.01.2025.

Framework Document of Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments and Second Party Opinion regarding the compliance of the Framework Document with "Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates" of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye are attached.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
