Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 09.01.2025 tarih ve 2/4 sayılı kararı ile onaylanan, Şirketimizin yurt içinde, nitelikli yatırımcılara ihraç edeceği 1.000.000.000 TL nominal tutarda tahvil ve/veya finansman bonosu ihraçlarına ilişkin İhraç Belgesi ile Başvuru Formu ekte yer almaktadır.

Pay sahipleri ve Kamunun bilgisine sunarız.

The Issue Document and Application Form regarding the bond and/or financial bills issuances with a nominal amount of 1.000.000.000 TL  to be issued by our Company to qualified investors domestically, approved by the Capital Markets Board's decision dated 09.01.2025 and numbered 2/4, are attached.

We submit for the information of shareholders and the public. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
