Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun VII-128.1 sayılı Pay Tebliği'nin 33. maddesi uyarınca; 03.02.2025 itibariyle halka arzdan elde edilen fonun kullanımına ilişkin rapor ekte sunulmaktadır.

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 05.08.2022 tarihi itibariyle onaylanan halka arza ilişkin İzahname'de belirtildiği üzere, halka arzdan elde edilen net gelirin tamamının fonun kullanım yerlerine ilişkin Şirket yönetiminin taahhüt ettiği şekilde kullanıldığı Denetim Komitesi'nin 03.02.2025 tarihli raporuyla tespit edilmiştir.

Pursuant to Article 33 of the Capital Markets Board's Equity Communiqué No. VII-128.1, the report on the use of the funds obtained from the initial public offering as of 03.02.2025 is attached.

As stated in the Prospectus regarding the public offering approved by the Capital Markets Board on 05.08.2022, it has been determined by the Audit Committee's report dated 03.02.2025 that all of the net proceeds from the initial public offering have been used as committed by the Company management regarding the use of the funds.
