Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6. ve "Yönetim Kurulu" başlıklı 8. Maddelerinin yapılması planlanan değişikliğe ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğumuz başvuru 27.11.2024 tarihinde; Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yapmış olduğumuz başvuru ise 30.01.2025 tarihinde olumlu karşılanmıştır.

Ekte yer alan Esas Sözleşme tadil tasarısı 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulacaktır.

Our application to the Capital Markets Board regarding the planned amendment to Articles 6 and 8 of our Company's Articles of Association, titled "Capital" and "Board of Directors," respectively, was approved on 27.11.2024 and our application to the Directorate General for Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Trade was approved on 30.01.2025.

The attached draft amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted for the approval of our shareholders at the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting.
