Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Şirketin Merkez ve Şubeleri" başlıklı 5. maddesinin şirketin merkezindeki adres değişikliğinin ve  "Sermaye" başlıklı 7. maddesinin ise kayıtlı sermaye tavanının artırılması ve geçerlilik süresinin uzatılması amacıyla değiştirilmesine yönelik esas sözleşme değişiklik tasarısının Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 03.02.2025 tarihinde onaylandığı Şirketimize iletilmiştir.

Esas sözleşme değişiklik tasarılarının, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın iznini takiben, yapılacak ilk genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulması öngörülmektedir.

Amendment of the 5th article of our company's Articles of Association titled "Head Office and Branches of the Company", in order to change the address of the company's headquarters, and the 7th article titled "Capital", in order to increase the registered capital ceiling and change of the validity period, was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 03.02.2025.

Following the approval of the Ministry of Trade, the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association are planned to be submitted for the approval of shareholders at the next General Assembly meeting.
