Within the scope of the conditional capital increase by our Company, the amendment of Article 6 of the Company's Articles of Association regarding Capital has been approved by the Capital Markets Board and the amendment text has been published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 24.01.2025 and numbered 11257. The current Articles of Association including the said amendment is attached.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Şirketimiz tarafından şartlı sermaye artırımı kapsamında Şirket esas sözleşmesinin sermayeye ilişkin 6. maddesinin tadili Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanmış ve tadil metni 24.01.2025 tarih ve 11257 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır. Sözkonusu tadili içeren güncel Esas Sözleşme ekte yer almaktadır.
