Libor Kudláček was born in the Czech Republic in 1957, graduated from the Department of Economic and Regional Geography, Faculty of Natural Sciences, Charles University in Prague, in 1981 and completed his doctorate degree in 1983. Libor Kudláček started his career as a Project Manager in the fields of Regional and Town Planning at the Centre for Urbanism in Stavoprojekt in 1982, and continued his work as a Senior Project Manager until 1990. Between 1989 and 1992, he served as a Member of the Economic Committee and Member of the Budgetary Committee in the Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Republic. He served as Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of National Property Administration and its Privatization between 1992 and 1996, and as Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic between 1996 and 1998, and also served as Vice-chairman of the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee in the Parliament of the Czech Republic between 1996 and 1998. Since 1998 Libor Kudláček worked as a senior specialist and project manager for various projects, at the company of Euroffice Praha – Brusel a.s., and currently he continues to serve as a Board Member and Consultant as the owner of Euroffice Praha – Brusel, a. s.
Libor Kudláček qualifies as an independent member according to the CMB Corporate Governance Principles. The duties she has undertaken in the last ten years are essentially explained above and she has not had any relationship with Akenerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. and with related parties.
