Bankamız Yönetim Kurulu tarafından Esas Sözleşmemizin 29 ve 38 numaralı maddelerinin tadil edilmesi ve söz konusu değişikliklere ilişkin gerekli izinlerin alınması konusunda Genel Müdürlük yetkili kılınmıştır.

Bankamız Esas Sözleşmesinin tadil edilecek maddelerinin eski ve yeni şekli ekte yer almaktadır.

The Head Office has been authorized by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. (İşbank) Board of Directors to amend articles 29 and 38 of the Articles of Incorporation of İşbank and to obtain the necessary permissions related to the aforementioned amendments.

The previous and new versions of the related articles of the Articles of Incorporation are attached hereto.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
