Bankamız Esas Sözleşmesinin 29 ve 38 numaralı maddelerinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin olarak Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu ile Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvurulmuştur.

The application to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency and to the Capital Markets Board of Turkey regarding the amendment to the article No.29 and No.38 of the Articles of the Incorporation of the Bank has been made.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1.
