PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers), 2025 yılı için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak belirlenmesi hususu 20 Mart 2025 tarihinde yapılacak genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulacaktır.

The determination of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) as the independent audit firm for the year 2025 will be submitted to the approval of our shareholders at the general shareholders' meeting to be held on March 20, 2025.
