07.01.2025 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda belirttiğimiz üzere Şirketimizin Güneş Enerji Santralleri müteahhitlik faaliyetleri kapsamında İstanbul İstinye Park AVM' NİN elektrik ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. ile İstinyepark İstanbul Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. arasında, arazi tipi GES sisteminin kurulumu için KDV hariç 4.578.655,00 USD (166.663.042,00 TL+KDV) bedelle sözleşme imzalanmıştı.

Sözleşmeye konu ARAZİ TİPİ GÜNEŞ ENERJİSİ SANTRALİ kurulumu tamamlanmış ve TEDAŞ kabulü yapılmış olup, santral enerji üretimine başlamıştır.

Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.

As stated in our KAP announcement dated 07.01.2025, within the scope of our company's solar power plant contracting activities, a contract was signed between Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. and İstinyepark İstanbul Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. for the installation of a land-based solar power plant to meet the electricity needs of İstanbul İstinye Park Shopping Mall, with a contract value of 4,578,655.00 USD (166,663,042.00 excluding VAT).

The installation of the land-based solar power plant subject to the contract has been completed, and the TEDAŞ acceptance has been obtained. The plant has started energy production.

It is respectfully announced to the public and our investors.
