In its meeting dated February 24, 2025, our Board of Directors resolved that; our Company recorded a "Net Loss for the Period" of TL 1,419,871,000 according to the financial statements for the fiscal period between 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 that were prepared under the Capital Markets Board's "Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets" numbered II-14.1 and audited by DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş., and it was unanimously decided by the attendees that; the proposal not to make any profit distribution for 2024 will be submitted for the information and approval of the shareholders at the General Assembly.
